Product Description
Bronze-based bearings are made of tin bronze as the matrix, sintered bronze ball powder in the middle, and rolled polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and high-temperature resistant filling materials on the surface. It has a high safety factor. It is particularly suitable in places where continuous work cannot be stopped for repair and high temperatures cannot be refueled.
It can be combined with steel sleeves externally or made into flanging to achieve the effect of friction between the end face and the inner hole.
Material Structure:
1. PTFE with Fiber 0.01-0.03mm
2. Porous bronze 0.2-0.3mm
3. Steel backing 0.7-2.3mm

Application characteristics:
1. The mixture of polytetrafluoroethylene and lipophilic fibers can form a good transfer film to protect the grinding shaft during movement
