1. Description
Natural graphite is available in three forms, all of which are processed from naturally sourced graphite material. The three forms are Amorphous graphite, Flake graphite and crystalline vein graphite.
Natural flake graphite is formed when carbon material is subjected to high pressure and high temperature.
Xingshi Graphite mainly provide: Amorphous Graphite and Natural Flake Graphite in Flake or Powder form.

6. FEATURES OF NATURAL FLAKE GRAPHITE POWDER:
(1) High-temperature resistance: Graphite is currently one of the most high-temperature resistant materials, with a maximum temperature of up to 3800 ℃ and even minimal weight loss under ultra-high temperature arc conditions. At 2000 ℃, the strength of graphite can be doubled.
(2) Conductivity and thermal conductivity: Graphite has a conductivity 100 times higher than ordinary non-metallic materials. Its thermal conductivity not only exceeds that of metal materials such as steel, iron, and lead, but also decreases with increasing temperature. Even at extremely high temperatures, graphite is in an adiabatic state.
(3) Lubricity: The lubrication performance of graphite depends on the size of the graphite flakes. The larger the flakes, the smaller the friction coefficient, and the better the lubrication performance.
(4) Chemical stability: graphite has good chemical stability at room temperature and can resist acid, alkali and organic solvent corrosion.
(5) Plasticity: Graphite has excellent toughness and can be ground into very thin sheets.
(6) Thermal shock resistance: Graphite can withstand severe temperature changes without damage when used at high temperatures. When the temperature suddenly changes, the volume of graphite does not change much and will not produce cracks.
